Cancellation Policy

• All fees are paid in advance to try and ensure a potentially available place can be offered to you.
• Once you have booked and paid your fees, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Unless we have 4 weeks’ notice.
• Once 4 weeks’ notice is provided you will be refunded the full amount.
• If you give us 3 weeks or less notice then we will reserve 50% of the fees from the full amount you have paid.
• Our cancellation policy is subject to change.
